For Grandparents: L’Dor va Dor: Sharing our Stories with Leann Shamash
The phrase l’dor va’dor (from generation to generation) is found repeatedly in Jewish liturgy and text, reminding us of the sacred obligation to pass down our stories to our children, and ultimately, to our grandchildren. Every grandparent has a story to tell. Whether they are stories about your childhood or your own children, your grandchildren should hear them. In this workshop, we’ll explore our unique stories and how to tell them so our grandchildren will listen.
