Hebrew College Federal Loan Request Form for 2024-2025

The Hebrew College Federal Loan Request Form 2024-25 is for enrolled/matriculating students who are U.S. citizens, or hold a permanent resident Visa, who are interested in applying for federal student loans to help pay for tuition.

PLEASE NOTE: To receive federal loan funds, you MUST have already completed:

• Hebrew College 2024-2025 Application for Financial Aid (read these instructions before submitting the form) and
• Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

We cannot process federal loan request forms until those two actions have been completed.

Please download and complete the form*, and return it to us by either:

• Scanning or photographing the form and sending it via your Hebrew College email address to financialaid@hebrewcollege.edu, or
• Bringing a printout to the Administrative Services suite on the first floor, or
• Mailing it to Hebrew College, Financial Aid Office, 1860 Washington St., Newton, MA 02466
