Is this your time?
Have you thought about becoming a rabbi, rav-hazzan, or cantor? Join us online on Monday, November 16, 2020 for Ta Sh’ma (Come & Hear) to experience the vibrant pluralistic communities of Hebrew College’s pioneering rabbinical, cantorial and rav-hazzan programs.
כִּ֤י נֵ֣ר מִ֭צְוָה וְת֣וֹרָה א֑וֹר
“For the commandment is a lamp; the teaching is a light”
While the form may be different this year, the light of Torah still shines through.
Though we wish we could welcome you in person to our Beit Midrash, we are excited for all the ways we can welcome you virtually into our vibrant and supportive community, and creative yet traditional approach to educating Jewish spiritual leaders. Please join us for any and all of these virtual opportunities to learn, pray and grow with our students and faculty.
- Learn with Hebrew College faculty, including Hebrew College President Rabbi Sharon Cohen Anisfeld, Rabbi Arthur Green, Cantor Lynn Torgove, and other members of our faculty.
- Join with current students for an inspiring day of learning, conversation, music and prayer
- Enjoy plenty of breaks and opportunities for small group conversations built into the day of online programming
- If you would like to attend but can’t make it on Nov. 16, please register and let us know if we can send you a recap and/or other online visiting opportunities this fall.
Meet our students
While our faculty and students may be at home due to the pandemic, they wanted to share a message with you about our community.
Schedule a Virtual Visit
We would love to welcome you to join our classes to get a better sense of our learning at Hebrew College. Most of our classes are being offered online this semester which makes it even easier to join us on Zoom. During the week of October 19th all of our virtual classes will be expecting visitors.
Interested in visiting in-person?
We do have a few classes that are meeting in-person at Hebrew College and are adhering to very strict Covid protocols. We recognize that it is a less than ideal time to visit, but we also look forward to any opportunity to connect. We are happy to try and work with you individually to find a time for you to visit our campus and sit in on class. Please fill out this form if you are interested in finding a time to visit in-person.
