Rabbi Zalman Schachter-Shalomi was one of the most influential and creative Jewish spiritual teachers of our time. The treasures of his teachings are captured in the recently released book Rabbi Zalman Schachter-Shalomi: Essential Teachings edited by Rabbi Or Rose, director of the Miller Center for Interreligious Learning & Leadership at Hebrew College, and Pir Netanel Miles-Yepez.
Join us online on September 3, 2020 at 7:30pm EST for an evening celebrating the publication of this new anthology of Reb Zalman’s (of blessed memory) teachings, edited and introduced by Rabbi Or Rose and Pir Netanel Miles-Yepez. Fellow contributors Rabbi Arthur Green, Acharya Judith Simmer-Brown, Father Matthew Fox, and Rabbi Tirzah Firestone will join the editors in conversation.
The panelists will share teachings from Reb Zalman and personal reflections on their work and life experiences with him, together exploring the legacy of unique Jewish spiritual master today.
