2025-26 Grad PLUS federal student loan request form

If you have not already connected with Mia Tavan, Hebrew College’s Financial Aid Coordinator, to verify the amount that you are eligible to borrow, please do so before submitting this form.

Please note that we always encourage students to borrow as conservatively as possible, especially since this loan carries a higher interest rate than the unsubsidized direct loan.  Learn more about the Grad PLUS loan, including the origination fee the federal Education Department deducts before sending us the funds, and the interest rate that will be charged to the loan.
