“Here is the post box in which I posted my job application to Hebrew College five years ago!” (left) I visited London last weekend to officiate at the bar mitzvah of the son of my oldest friend. Held at the largest Reform Synagogue in North London, the weather was warm, the community warmer and the Jewish spirit of hope and harmony was infectious. Included was a Hebrew College graduate of The School of Jewish Music at Hebrew College who brought all to tears with his powerful nusach. I have returned inspired and refreshed in forming spiritual leaders for such synagogues around the world.” (right)
