Course of Study

Designed for working professionals, the Ph.D. in Educational Studies can typically be completed in three to four years. All courses are online, with the exception of the three 11-day summer residencies, held in Boston.

The program is composed of 48 credits — 30 administered by Lesley University and 18 by Hebrew College. At the completion of the program, graduates are awarded a Ph.D. in Educational Studies from Lesley University and a doctoral certificate in Jewish Educational Leadership from Hebrew College.
