BETTY AND IRVING BRUDNICK TO RECEIVE 2003 LOWN AWARD

Active community philanthropists Betty and Irving Brudnick will be this year's recipients of the Philip W. Lown Distinguished Service Award on Wednesday, June 18. Supporters and lay leaders of numerous Jewish, academic, social service and health care institutions, the couple created the Betty and Irving Brudnick Fellowship as part of the Hebrew College Fellows Program. Betty P'46, is a Hebrew College Trustee. The award dinner, to be held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Boston, is chaired by the Brudnicks' children and their spouses: Richard and Cynthia Brudnick, Amy and Adam Cerel, and Judith and Steven Kaye.
