Benjamin Samuels

Rabbi Benjamin Samuels, M.A.
Benjamin Samuels serves as rabbi of Congregation Tefillah in Newton. He also teaches Parenting Through a Jewish Lens, serves on the faculty of Ma'ayan and is a Genesis scholar for CJP. He received his rabbinic ordination and master's degree at Yeshiva University and is an alumus of the Wexner Graduate Fellowship program. Samuels is a doctoral candidate in science, religion and philosophy at Boston University.

Shari Lowin

Shari Lowin, Ph.D.
Shari Lowin is assistant professor of religious studies at Stonehill College. She is fluent in Arabic and has published studies on early Islamic and rabbinic thought, including her book 'The Making of a Forefather: Abraham in Islamic and Jewish Exegetical Narratives.' She holds a bachelor's degree from Columbia University and a doctorate from the University of Chicago.

   Michael Shire

Rabbi Michael Shire, Ph.D.
Rabbi Michael Shire is dean of the Shoolman Graduate School of Education at Hebrew College. In addition to giving guest lectures, he will also be available to consult with Me'ah for Educators students. Shire received his doctorate and rabbinic ordination from Leo Baeck College London.
