Ikkarim

Little kids. Big questions.

As a parent of young children, you're undoubtedly confronting many questions—about your own Jewish identity, about the values you want to pass on. Join with other parents of Jewish children (newborn to 7) who share your quest in this exciting 19-week interactive educational program, designed with your needs in mind.

Take an inspirational journey through ancient texts and modern themes as you search for your ikkarim, which in classical Hebrew refers to both "roots" and "principles." Explore basic Jewish values and their modern significance by bringing contemporary concerns to text study. Discover how these values apply within and can enrich circles of relationships: with our children, spouses and friends; with the Jewish people; with ourselves and with God.

Tuition: $250

Free babysitting will be available for all daytime classes. Pre-registration is required.
